Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable when the software is activated or after seven days, whichever occurs first. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable without exception. You may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period unless a refund was given, in which case all services are terminated immediately.
